I’m looking to buy and renovate a townhouses in Spain, I also do developments. And I need a skilled freelancer who can:
• Evaluate renovation costs based on photos/floor plans
• Advise if the property can be legally split into apartments
• Estimate potential resale value after renovation
• Assist with permit requirements and local zoning laws

Must have experience with:
• Renovation projects in Spain
• Apartment conversions
• Spanish property laws & permits
• Speaking Spanish and/or English
