Looking for a 2D Architect ( from India)

We are looking for a 2D Architect from India who can work on our Plot Drawing , We have a Large Plat which have different dimensions and we want to make a proper Plotting Size on it ..We have 2 or 3 Different requirement on it which we will explain you while on the we discuss on it deeply ...We prefer person from India as this land is in India and they can more understand it
