Looking for Architect/Designer for 2D Floor Plan, 3D Front Elevation & Interior Layout (25×60 Plot)

Hello Designers,

I'm looking to hire an experienced architect or home designer who can help me design my house on a 25 ft × 60 ft north-facing plot. The perfect design should have well privacy and space optimization are extremely important.

Attached is the rough hand sketch(Dimension are inaccurate) (Open for any improvement in the design or a completely new design).


- 2D Floor Plan
- 3D Front Elevation
- Interior Layout
- Electric and Plumbing Layouts (Optional, Will be given preference)
- Structural Plan (Optional, Will be given preference)

Plot Details:

Plot size: 30ft × 150ft (in total)
Front setback: 10 ft from road
Front yard: 70 ft (excluding setback)
House Size: 25 ft width × 60 ft depth (ground floor only) (depth can be extended if needed)
Orientation: North-facing entrance
Backyard: 20 ft
West side gap: 2 ft, East side gap: 3 ft
Compound walls on East, South, and West (no openings)


Requirements: ( Need the 2D design immediately may be in 1 week)

3 Bedrooms (2 with attached bathrooms )
3 Bathrooms (2 attached and 1 common bathroom)
Living Room + Family Room
Kitchen + Storeroom
Foyer at front (east side) (this is optional, inclined towards sitout/patieo more)
Indoor stairs (for future first floor)
privacy-conscious layout
A backdoor for backyard area

Deliverables:

- 2D Floor Plan
- 3D Front Elevation
- Interior Layout
- Room labeling (Bedroom, Kitchen, etc.)
- Source files (CAD, SketchUp, etc.) and high-quality image/PDF
- Revisions: 4–5 included

- Electric and Plumbing Layouts (Optional, Will be given preference)
- Structural Plan (Optional, Will be given preference)
