Looking for an Architect
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Looking for an Architect to design a house, two floors (G+1), area 135 sq m.
My main believe is in giving chance to someone:
who has good ideas in good budget,
who works with passion,
who shall understand that even if this is a freelance work but good relationship with clients is more important, as it creates goodwill for future,
believes in giving out of the box service always,
and most importantly shall feel free and share his own ideas for betterment of project, not just creating a drawing based on requirement, because at the end you are an expert not me.
If above is satisfied then if someone is just coming with 1 year of experience or 5 years, both are equal for me.
PS:
If the architect could be from Indore location or any place near Ujjain so that can perform couple of visits during construction, it will be cherry on the top of the cake.
