Long-Term MEPF Modeling Project(s)

Helm Piping creates harmony between design & construction by applying BIM technology to the building delivery. Our goal is to stay ahead of the curve by implementing clean, organized business best practices by implementing the best and newest technology available.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning up and Authoring models provided by the Architect/Structural/Engineer to be used by the sub-contractors for coordination and clash detection
- Setting up organized cloud based folder structures for coordination between all project stakeholders
- Utilizing Autodesk's Construction Cloud & BIM Collobarate Tools to organize files and models
- Taking the drawings produced by sub-contractors and developing composite overlays (slab & wall penetration, overhead plans, etc.)
- Manage several jobs at a time
- Develop Microsoft Project Schedules to plan for workloads
- Manage and ensure the team of drafters is adhering to Helm's design guidelines and deliverables are met to the highest of standards (cleanliness, code compliance, constructability)
Our Ideal Candidate Should have Experience with:
- Advanced Revit & Autocad Fabrication (Profile Set-up, Project Set-Up, Modeling)
- Advanced Navisworks - Clash Detection, Search Sets, Appearance Profiles, Etc.
- Experience Drafting MEP Trades
- Producing Shop Drawings
- Running Coordination Meetings
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Office
- Bluebeam
- Digital Twin
