Long Run Architect Needed for Modular Houses In Europe

We are looking for an experienced Modular Architect to lead our design efforts in creating custom wood structure modular homes that are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modular construction, and a passion for innovative and sustainable design.

Location:
Our Factory is based in Romania

Requirements:
- Clients always have specific requirements so all projects are custom.
- Eco-friendly and sustainable design is preferred
- Design modular homes that are functional, efficient, and visually appealing.
- Oversee the design process from concept to construction documentation.
- Provide guidance on energy-efficient and sustainable design practices.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in designing modular houses
- Proficiency in eco-friendly and sustainable design principles
- Portfolio showcasing previous modular projects.
- Familiarity with European architectural styles and regulations
- Romanian skills would be ideal
Proficiency in English: Candidates must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in English, including excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
Desirable Language Skills: While not mandatory, proficiency in Romanian and/or Italian is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset. A candidate with the ability to communicate effectively in one or both of these languages will have an advantage in this role. Romanian is the primary language of communication within our organization.
