Load-Bearing Wall Determination
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I require the expertise of a structural engineer to figure out whether a wall in my property is load-bearing.
This is tricky as:
1. I'm not certain if the wall is an exterior or interior one.
2. I'm unable to supply any blueprints or structural drawings.
3. My property has undergone minor modifications.
Ideal candidates would, therefore, be those with:
