Load-Bearing Assessment of Palm Coast, FL residential deck

I need a structural engineer to assess the load-bearing capacity of my outdoor deck. The assessment will help me understand if the deck can support heavy loads safely. Specifically focused on removing cantilever supports and replacing with vertical posts to support the deck. Existing cantilevers are failing and would like a review and perspective on converting to vertical posts.
