Living Room Remodeling Needed ASAP
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm seeking a skilled engineer that create plans drawings for major changes in my living room, as well as adding to the existing structure. I require someone with a strong portfolio of remodeling projects that can undertake this job and deliver excellent results within an urgent timeframe.
The project will focus on:
- Conducting an extensive remodel of the living room. And adding on to the home.
Note: I did not specify a particular change (like wall painting, flooring replacement or lighting fixture upgrades) in this listing due to the broad scope of the project. However, I expect the contractor to suggest suitable enhancements as part of the final quote.
- Constructing a new addition to the current property. Previous experience in similar tasks is highly desirable.
