Licensed Colorado Landscape Architect Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a Landscape Architect licensed in Colorado for a small commercial project. The County requires landscape design be signed off by a Colorado State Licensed Landscape Architect. I have gone through the Land Use Code and put together a design to include parking lot trees, street-scape, buffering and outdoor areas with trees/plants chosen from the approved list and to meet the minimum requirements from the Land Use Code. Total landscape area is approximately 20,000 square feet.
Key Aspects:
- Detailed Plans Available: I have comprehensive, detailed plans ready for this project. Your role will involve review of these plans, provide feedback for any changes I may need to make to meet the minimum requirements and then apply your professional seal/signature, etc... for approval of the plans so they can be submitted to the County.
