Licensed Architect / Engineer needed to draft plans for Miami Beach condo remodel
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a full set of architectural plans for a condo remodel on Miami Beach that will enable me to receive a work permit from the city. You must be a licensed architect/engineer and registered with the City of Miami Beach in order to complete this project. Please see attached scope of work document for more detail.
