2nd Level Home Addition: Architectural Drafting

I need detailed architectural drawings permit ready drawings to add a 2nd level to my existing home. I have created a basic model of the existing house and the addition in Home design Pro, but I am looking for a skilled architectural drafter to develop the full set of technical drawings needed for a permit in New Jersey including framing planes based on my concept. 2nd level approximately 1200 square feet with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a laundry room, and stairs to a habitable attic space.

Looking for a permit ready set of plans including:
-Detailed Technical Drawings (based on my design) but suggested changes are welcome:
-Technical floor plans with dimensions and annotations
-Structural wood framing plans detailing all members including Roof framing plan
- Wall sections & construction details
- Elevations
-required lists on drawings for permit
- Stairs, key architectural and plumbing elements
-bonus would be: Electrical and possibly plumbing schematics


• Hoping for 7 day or less turnaround.
• good communicator as there are always tweaks to be done
