3-Level Building Facade Upgrade
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking to upgrade the facade of a 3-level building based on existing architectural plans. The external building design needs to improve keeping the similar materials - chocolate coloured bricks, monument colour aluminium and glazing/awning. Require additional cheap but elegant design features to add interest to the building. The building articulation can also change slightly to add interest but must not be expensive to build.
Prefer not to have any rendered or painted external finishes requiring ongoing maintenance.
Ideal candidates for this project would have experience in architectural design, particularly in facade upgrades. Relevant skills include a keen eye for modern design, an ability to work with existing plans, and a track record of delivering high-quality, durable work. A portfolio showcasing similar projects would be highly beneficial.
