Layout plan for strip mall

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a layout plan for a strip mall. The strip mall has a total area of 10,000-20,000 square feet and will primarily house retail businesses. I have specific requirements for the layout plan and would like to discuss them with the freelancer. Each store has to be 35 by 45 feet and the layout needs to optimize the use of space as efficiantly as possible. I have attached a drawing of the property.
