Laundry Expansion Plans for Permit

I'm looking for a professional to create detailed plans for a laundry addition to my home. My current laundry area is small and in disrepair, so I'm upgrading and expanding with new materials. The new build will use wood and Hardie Board, and I need someone who can create plans that will satisfy city permit requirements.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
must be able to seal with architect or engineering seal in Texas

- Familiarity with local building codes and permit requirements
- Experience with residential additions, particularly laundry areas
- Proficiency in creating detailed, precise construction plans
