I'm in need of an experienced construction professional who can oversee the completion of a large residential project, specifically an apartment building, that is currently in the construction phase.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience in residential construction, ideally with apartment buildings.
- Strong project management skills to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with subcontractors and construction workers on site.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with all parties involved in the project.
