Large Scale Residential Concept Architect
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in need of an architect to assist me with the initial concept design of a large-scale residential project, in particular, a rural residential estate complex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initial concept design.
- Translate my vision and requirements into a design that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, optimizing space and resources
- Work closely with me to refine the design of the build, ensuring it meets both aesthetic aspirations and practical needs
- Provide input on the feasibility and practicality of the design in terms of construction and maintenance
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in residential architecture, particularly in designing large-scale rural residential projects
- Proficiency in design software and tools for conceptual design
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work closely with a client to understand their vision and translate it into a design
