Large Home Architectural Drawings Needed
Budget: $200 – $3,000 USD
I need an experienced Architect or Draftsperson to help me create detailed floor plans and elevation drawings for a small or large home (1000-3000+ sq ft).
Your task will include:
- Creating detailed floor plans and elevation drawings. And a times create a construction set plans.
- Ultimately, I’ll be doing for the schematic design sketches with the client to their liking, I would prefer someone who is flexible and creative in design as-well and can transform my sketches in to workable floor plans drawings that I can share with client. Once the design is approved. Create a set of construction drawings and I’ll submit to the county. Understanding different architectural styles would be beneficial.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in Architectural Drafting
- Strong understanding of different architectural styles.
- Creative and adaptable designer
- Ability to work within a small or larger size home blueprint.
At times I will be getting landscape projects, sketch-up drawings style will be needed.
