Large Custom Home Floorplan Design

I'm in need of an experienced and creative architect or designer to help bring my dream home to life. The custom home I have in mind is quite large, over 3000-4000 sq ft, and will feature 4-5 bedrooms.

Key requirements include:
- Designing a spacious and functional layout that accommodates the 4-5 bedrooms
- High ceilings and Lots of Natural Light
- Including additional spaces such as a home office, gym/exercise room, entertainment/media room, 3-car garage, ample storage space, a larger kitchen pantry, and bigger family rooms
- Incorporating a luxurious, larger master bedroom and a His and Her closet

Ideal candidates should have a proven track record of designing large, custom homes and possess strong attention to detail. Experience with creating floorplans that maximize space and functionality is crucial. Strong communication skills and an ability to translate ideas into a cohesive design are also highly desired.
