Large Addition Floor Plan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking to have a floor plan created for an addition to my property. This addition will be more than 500 sq ft and designed for extra living space and an additional bedroom.
Skills and experience needed include:
- Solid understanding and practical experience with architectural design and drafting
- Proficiency in creating detailed floor plans
- Familiarity with designing large spaces (500+ sq ft)
The design should optimally utilize the space and take into consideration the flow from the original structure to the new addition. Although the project focuses on floor plans, the ability to provide quality renderings is a plus. Please provide examples of prior projects, particularly those involving sizeable additions. Your bid should reflect the complexity and scale of the project.
