Land Clearing for Residential Development
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in the process of planning for a residential construction project, and I require a skilled and responsible professional to help with the crucial task of tree removal. This land development project involves:
- Main Purpose: The need to cut down trees is entirely for land development.
- Type of Development: The development planned is residential.
- Preferred Method: The method I'd prefer for tree cutting is ‘Felling’.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in felling trees for land clearing projects.
- Experience in residential construction environments.
- Understanding of safety standards and best practices for felling trees.
- Knowledge of handling and operating necessary equipment.
Your responsibility would not be just to cut down the trees, but also to ensure everything is done safely, respecting the surrounding environment and adhering to all appropriate regulations and guidelines.
Please note the area highlighted in red is a larger tree on the next door property which does not require removal. Garden bed size is approx. 11m x 1m, smaller lavender bushes which are easily removed & approx. 8 medium size shrubs to be removed.
