Lakeside Lodge

Renovation of existing 2 story plus Basement building as an 8 bedroom, 61/2 bathroom home for an extended family. 1st and 2nd floors equal approx 4,800sf total. There will be an addition of approx 200sf on an existing roof. The project includes plans, building elevations, building section, enlarged elevations of wet bathrooms and kitchen. Drawings will be annotated like construction documents. Work will begin mid-November and completion will be mid-December. There will be some design changes/coordination during this time period.
