Lake house exterior remodel

Lake house needs exterior upgrade, contemporary, not farmhouse. Height needs to be added to entrance (example attached looks too pricey though). Expand attic room (left on front, right on back) by adding as much window area as possible via gable or some roof expansion. The lake side 2nd floor covered porch in the middle of the house needs to be expanded out 10 feet. The lake side uncovered deck has been removed as well as basement ceiling to allow 2 story windows.
