Hi,
we're a UK Architecture practice looking for both 1.an Architect and also 2. an Engineer registered in Thailand who can help with the design and permit submission for a climate-friendly holiday residence in the South of Thailand.
We have a preliminary scheme and would like to take this further.
The tasks involved include, but are not limited to: Handling the application process and preparing the submission pack in Thai language including coordination with the local authority, assisting in sourcing of materials, products and suppliers and handling the communication process with them.
The ideal candidate will have experience with this type of work and be fluent in Thai and English.
