Kitchen, utility, dining, shower room and garage conversion

I am looking for an experienced contractor to undertake a major conversion project in my property. The project involves a kitchen, utility, dining, shower room and garage conversion and my design preference is for it to be modern and sleek. No existing constraints in the space are anticipated as extensive changes can be made, however, planning permission and building regulations approval is required for the conversion. I need a contractor who is experienced in this type of development and can make my vision a reality. To add also looking for outside the bix thinking, light in particular natural light is extremely important to any final.design.
