Kitchen Renovation :: Structural Drawings Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in the process of renovating my kitchen and planning to take down a structural/load bearing wall. To proceed with the permitting process, I need three professional construction drawings: a Floor Plan, a Framing Plan, and a Section Cut.
- Current Layout: The kitchen layout hasn't been specified yet, so an understanding of both open concept and closed layouts is beneficial.
- Existing Drawings: I have some measurements and hand drawn sketches available, but no professional blueprints.
- Ideal Skills: Proficiency in creating construction drawings is a must. Experience with kitchen renovations will be a plus. Understanding of structural engineering principles is desirable to accurately depict the load-bearing wall's removal.
