Kitchen and Living Room Integration Project, Powder Room, and Pantry

We are developing a project that integrates the kitchen with the living room, with two main proposals:
Proposal 1: Kitchen with a central island.
Proposal 2: Kitchen without a central island.
Main Areas:
Kitchen: The focus of the project is the kitchen, which should be fully integrated with the living room, providing easy access to the pantry and powder room. We aim for a practical and modern layout, with the option to include or exclude a central island.
Pantry: Since we chose not to have cabinets on the kitchen walls, the pantry should be designed to adequately store all utensils and food, optimizing the available space.
Powder Room: The powder room will be accessed through a small hall. Both the powder room and the hall should receive special attention in terms of design, adding aesthetic value to the project and harmony with the other spaces.
Special Features:
Hidden Doors: There are three main passages that require hidden doors, all integrated into a large panel, ensuring discretion and modernity in the design:
Door to the bedrooms.
Door to the pantry.
Door to the hall leading to the powder room.
These doors should be perfectly integrated into the panel, ensuring an elegant and functional look.
This project aims to provide all the necessary details for the renovation of the spaces, ensuring precise execution by the contractor. Therefore, it is essential to include the proper measurements to ensure that the work is carried out accurately.
