Kitchen/Dining Layout & Attic Primary/Ensuite

We are looking for someone to design us a kitchen+dining layout thats functional. We will be taking apart the wall that separates the two rooms for an open concept feel. We'll also be taking away the little bathroom and adding it to the kitchen with the option of closing it off (but not necessarily). We're also going to leave the option avalible to close off the door that currently in the kitchen since there's going to be access through a different way. Attached is the edited floor plan of what the space may look like after the walls are taken out. One thing that we are particular about is that we would like an island.

In the attic, we would like a primary bedroom with 4-piece bathroom with a walkthrough/walkin closet. We arent particular on what the sizes should be but we do want it to be as efficient as possible.
