Animal Defenders International, SA, NPC is a registered charity. We are seeking an architect and/or engineer to assist with the conversion of a large family home with thatched/grass roof at the ADI Wildlife Sanctuary in Free State, into an education center for schools. Students will be invited to study animals and the environment using our computers, online resources, and will meet and learn about our residents – around 30 rescued lions and tigers rescued from circuses in Latin America.
We have plans for a film theatre next to the education centre, a kitchen, café, administration office, security office, 2-level apartment, first aid room and public toilets/restrooms.
We need assistance with finalising the design, supervision of the project, advice and with the selection of a reliable and professional builder. I attach a picture of the building and our desired allocation of the space.
