Hello, I want an irrigation solution for a home garden to irrigate plants and grass effectively and efficiently. The land, including a house less than 750 sqm.

- The bore pump is broken, and I require a recommended replacement to serve the garden.
- A smart, automated system is required, considering using Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller as it is compatible with Smartthings.
- not mandatory, but plants, grass, and layout ideas would be valued.
