I am looking for an architect to provide a creative design for an office. The project outlines are as follow:
1. Company Overview:
The company is digital solutions company. Its main aim is to provide smart highly tech solutions to customers.
2. Space and Functional Requirements::
- The layout of the office as attached in the task. The wall between living room and bedroom is removed to make one open area (stated with red marks). Also, the kitchen is changed to one-line pantry of 3 meters ( stated with red marks).
- Requirements are workstations(4-6 employees), small meeting rooms, two main offices and small reception area.
- Ensure proper lighting, ventilation, and acoustic considerations for a comfortable work environment.
