Interior Plan for Small Contemporary/Minimalist Office Space

- I am looking for an experienced interior designer to create an interior plan for my small office space.
- The office space is less than 500 sq ft and I want a contemporary/minimalist theme.
- The main furniture needed for the office space are office desks.Cubicle/exclusive sitting space for senior staff
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design and space planning.
- They should also have experience in selecting furniture that complements a contemporary/minimalist theme.
- The interior plan should maximize the use of space and create a functional and aesthetically pleasing work environment.
Specific Requirement :
- Require 15/16 workstations
- Workstations could have 1 common drawer pedastal/drawers between 2 workstations to save on space
- Require 4/5 cubicles or exclusive space for senior staff
(Picture of workstations & cubicles enclosed ,proposed workstations/cubiles could be similar or may be something better which should look good and have optimum space utilization)
-Plan for suspended ceiling lights
-I shall require 3 different layout plans for the space
- Shall required 3D perspective of 2 of the finalized plan with clear dipiction of type of workstations &,cubicles & lights
- No washroom required in this plan
I shall require the plans by 2pm : 23/07/2023
A rought layout with dimensions is enclosed for reference ,clear Autocad of floor plan shall not be availble at this point of time
