Interior Architect Consultancy for ~1-2 hours
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We're looking to pay for advice/consultancy from an interior architect with experience working in small homes.
We currently live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse (connected on either side). It currently has two living areas and of the two bedrooms, one is very large. We'd like to carve off a 3rd bedroom from one of the living areas downstairs, and also carve off a small study from the large bedroom upstairs. We also hope to turn the current toilet/laundry downstairs into a second bathroom, and not sure whether to move the current laundry into a cupboard. We spent much of lockdown last year coming up with ideas and plans for the interestingly shaped space but not sure whether our ideas/plans will work.
We're not looking for a full project or formal plans, but more for an hour or two consultancy with a walk through for thoughts on the general workability of our ideas, so that we can gradually action the plans over the next 5 or so years as our budget allows.
Needs to be based in Melbourne and able to visit the site.
