I am currently in search of an experienced architect who can swiftly create an engaging and functional floor plan for a single-floor residential house with a twist. The unique aspect comes from my desire to include two separate blocks on the first (and only) floor intended for rental purposes. This project requires a creative and efficient use of space to ensure both privacy and functionality for potential tenants, while also maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the residential property.
