I'm currently in search of a creative and innovative Architect or Urban Designer to create a residential development targeted towards young professionals. My vision is a design that embraces both industrial and urban chic aesthetics. This project would involve transforming a concept into practical and functional plans.


Qualifications
- Experience in construction site planning and architectural design.
- Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- Ability to interpret Gantt charts for construction scheduling.
- Excellent communication and availability for team collaboration, with flexibility in working hours to accommodate international time zones.
- Openminded and solutiondriven. - Quick-learner and Self-propelled

Tasks include
- Develop comprehensive site phase plans and staging strategies to ensure efficient construction logistics.
- Create detailed 2D site plans and elevate project visualization with 3D stage models.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to integrate written and temporal information into project plans.
- Participate in regular work meetings and conference calls to ensure alignment with project goals and team integration.
