150,000 sf Industrial Shell Building

This is a Prospective Project I am looking to build a design/production team for. I am a registered Architect but representing a Developer. Our need: Production of Architectural documents for Municipal Permitting & Construction of a Concrete Tiltwall Industrial Shell Building. KNOWLEDGE of USA Building Standards to IBC code is needed. Simple Rectangular Industrial Storage Facility footprint with truck loading docks. The interior tenant improvement documents would be later. Floor Plan(s), Enlarged Plans if required, Roof Plan, Exterior Elevations(s), Wall Sections/Details, Building Cross Sections. Cover Sheets, General Notes and ADA Guidelines.
