- Fabrication & Manufacturing Workshop
- Dedicated Equipment Assembly Shed
The goal is to create efficient, safe, and scalable layouts that support the production and assembly of both small and large agricultural equipment, with appropriate material flow, workstation setup, and storage integration.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in LEAN manufacturing principles
- Background in industrial design or manufacturing engineering
- Experience with layout design for workshops and assembly areas
- Familiarity with CNC machines, assembly lines, manual workstations, and robot welding cells
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
