Inclusive & Sustainable Urban Space Design -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
In this project, I am looking for an experienced urban designer to help create an inclusive, sustainable and culturally integrated public space. And modify a scientific research in an academic form about the humanization of cities written in advance about the project
Focusing on green spaces, playgrounds, seating areas, shopping area, cafes and other needs according to the location need to be studied, your role will be to provide a design solution that complements the distinct urban identity of the designated area. The following are the main elements of the project:
1. Design aspects:
- The development of the city district center with an area of 32,800 square meters by providing green spaces that provide a sense of calm and tranquility, a mosque and a vacant center to be rehabilitated .
- Propose attractive play areas for neighborhood residents and safe for children (fountains, artificial waterfall).
- Seating areas that take into account the architectural identity of the area. Where people can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
2. Design requirements:
- Inclusion: make sure that the design takes into account the urban identity.
- Sustainability: propose solutions that promote environmental sustainability by providing (solar panels, a system for reusing water from neighboring utilities, public parks.
- Cultural identity: the design should reflect and respect the cultural heritage of the region.
Perfect skills and experience:
- Proven experience in urban design, especially public spaces.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
- Demonstrated the ability to integrate cultural and urban elements into design concepts.
- Using highly skillful engineering programs from AutoCAD, Rift and other programs to the final output professionally
The ultimate goal is to design an architecturally unique neighborhood center that fits the needs of neighborhood residents and promotes an environment that takes into account the elements of humanization of cities in a precise, inclusive and sustainable way.
Outputs :
1-general site analysis of the project .
2-developing well-thought-out design ideas schematically and environmentally for the neighborhood center that takes into account the traditional urban identity of the region (Riyadh) Sulaimani architecture
3-follow up the project until completion and agreed delivery
