Inclusive & Sustainable Urban Space Design -- 2
Budget: $100 – $300 USD
In this project, I am looking for an experienced urban designer to help create an inclusive, sustainable and culturally integrated public space.
Focusing on green spaces, playgrounds, seating areas, a shopping area, cafes and other needs according to the site need study, your role will be to provide a design solution that complements the distinct urban identity of the designated area. The following are the main elements of the project:
1. Design aspects:
- Development of the city district center with an area of 32,800 square meters by providing green spaces that provide a sense of calm and tranquility, a mosque and a vacant center that is being rehabilitated .
- A proposal for play areas attractive for neighborhood residents and safe for children ( fountains, artificial waterfall ).
- Seating areas that take into account the architectural identity of the area. Where people can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
2. Design requirements:
- Inclusion: make sure that the design takes into account the urban identity.
- Sustainability: propose solutions that promote environmental sustainability by providing (solar panels, a system for reusing water from neighboring facilities, and parks.
- Cultural identity: the design should reflect and respect the cultural heritage of the region.
Perfect skills and experience:
- Proven experience in urban design, especially public spaces.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
- Demonstrated the ability to integrate cultural and urban elements into design concepts.
- Using engineering programs with high skill from AutoCAD, Rift and other programs to the final output professionally
