Improvement of floor plan 2D of ground floor, Villa in Bali.
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me improve the 2D floor plan of my small villa in Bali. The current size of the floor plan is less than 100 square meters, and I am specifically looking for improvements in space utilization.
- We want to make a change in the distribution of the living room / kitchen. The sunken sofa is too big and the eat-in kitchen area too small. We would like a more proportional design.
-The toilet can be moved so that it does not impede the views from the kitchen to the pool.
- The sunken sofa could be smaller to gain more measure in the rest of the space, but it is important that the sunken sofa area is cozy and comfortable.
- Basically we are looking for a better balance in the proportions of the living room, kitchen and dining room, with views of the complete outdoor area.
- Structures such as pillars cannot be modified, since the construction is started at a phase of 15-20%
