Project Title: Architectural Visualization of a multi family home !

I have architectural plans / layout of a multifamily home
Consisting of one smaller (mother in law appartment) and one main appartment on 2 floors.
The layout / size plan will be given to you, individual rooms are marked with their use.
I would want you to create a design / idea project for the property to show potential clients the potential of the property.
Diameters of the property + rooms matter - doors / windows can be changed in design and size.
There is a few key points I need to point out:
1) for the smaller appartment, its supposedly for the mother in law. We are looking for a very clean and sleak modern look, soft colors - we are hoping for an overall scandinavian minimalistic look with lots of (hidden) storage space.
2) the main house is an appartment on 2 floors, 200sqm total. It has 1 bathroom, on the groundfloor as well as 2 bedrooms and a large living room / open kitchen area. The attic (first floor) is unbuild and we're open to see creative solutions that maximise storage space upstairs. We would like to fit a large masterbedroom + bath upstairs.
