Structural & MEP Engineering Construction Drawings (Post-Approval)
We are seeking experienced Structural & MEP Engineers to prepare construction-ready / Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings for a DA-approved, three-level commercial building with a single basement.
Planning / Development Approval Drawings are available in CAD and Revit, along with existing structural documentation.
Scope
• Review planning-level structural and facade design
• Refine structure for buildability, sequencing, and cost efficiency
• Prepare construction-ready / Issued-for-Construction (IFC) drawings, including:
o Plans, sections, and details
o Schedules and specifications
• Refine the design in response to feedback from architect/builder to improve buildability/cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and NCC
Requirements
• Relevant experience and commercial building experience
• Ability to refine designs for buildability and cost efficiency
• Familiarity with Australian Standards (or ability to work with local certifier)
• Deliver high-quality and detailed construction drawings in PDF, CAD, Revit
