I need a professional engineer Alabama license with experience in designing foundations and structural supports for Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) houses. The house will be built on a clay soil site, which will require careful planning and design.

Specific tasks include:
- Designing a suitable foundation. The type of foundation (slab-on-grade, crawl space, or basement) has not yet been determined and I would greatly appreciate your expert advice on this.
- Designing and planning the use of reinforced concrete beams, steel supports, and wood framing as the primary structural support elements of the house.
- Assessing and taking into account the characteristics of the clay soil at the construction site to ensure stability and durability. clay pad will be built and compaction required needs to be specified
