1300 sq ft Houseplan and 3d scheme
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My ancestral plot measures 29 ft × 47.3 ft and runs east–west with gateways on both the eastern and western sides. I am ready to commission a complete set of drawings for a two-storey, two-bedroom residence that balances traditional Indian principles with a clean modern aesthetic.
The scope includes:
• Architectural floor plans for both levels, optimised for natural light and cross-ventilation while respecting Vastu concepts where possible.
• Structural drawings with full piling details suitable for the soil conditions common to older village sites.
• Plumbing schematics showing supply and waste lines, septic or soak-pit positioning, rain-water harvesting points and the main shut-offs.
• Door, window and staircase schedules, plus terrace or balcony detailing.
• An overall coordination layout tying together electrical, plumbing and structural elements so on-site teams can build without clashes.
I will provide any soil test data you need and can share family preferences on room placement. Please deliver the drawings in PDF for approval and in editable CAD (DWG or compatible) so the local engineer can stamp them.
Acceptance will be based on:
– Accurate use of the stated plot dimensions and both-side entries.
– Clear indication of pile diameters, reinforcement and depth.
– Legible, layer-organised CAD files ready for municipal submission.
If you have worked on projects that respectfully mix carved timber details or jaali screens with contemporary lines, I would love to see your samples.
