House project

I am looking for someone who will make a plan, I want to make a building with apartments from the house, I would like the plan to include its interior and exterior appearance, the area around the building should contain parking spaces and a children's playground, I have a few pictures that should help in the design, The house consists of a basement and 3 levels above. Everything is subject to change except the staircase inside the house, although please make a suggestion.
