House plans, roof lines and elevations based on my concepts
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I have a triangular block of land and would like someone to come up with some house plans based on some ideas I have. Because of the best aspect and a large neighbour shed we want to screen out, it is in a Boomerang type shape.
Roughly there will be a bedroom wing, and then the living/kitchen patio wing.
- master bedroom with walk in robe and ensutie with bath and shower
- 3 kids rooms
- Shared bathroom servicing kids rooms. Bath and shower. Double vanity.
- 3 car garage that opens into mudroom.
- Mud room opens into laundry. 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.
- Rumpus/ media room as a transitionary space and to create the angle for the next section of the house.
- office (about 4.5m x 4.5m)
- Entry area with front portico
- Guest bedroom with ensuite (toilet and shower)
- Living and dinning room. 10m wide total to match patio area.
- Kitchen and butlers pantry. Surverey bifold out to patio area
- rear patio area 10 x 6m.
- pool 9m x 4.5m
The living, dining and patio will be raked ceiling with exposed beams. Example pictures attached.
The yard area will have shed, pool and tennis court.
I will also need the layouts plotted on a satellite image to scale so i can see how it fits together on the block.
I am happy to work out on hourly rate.
