House plans

I am looking for a talented individual to develop a custom single-story house plan for me. I have a rough idea of the layout and number of rooms I would like to include, but I am open to suggestions. The total area of the house will be less than 1000 square feet. I am looking for a plan that meets all of my needs and can be used for the final construction process.
