House plans

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create custom house plans for a two-story extension, including exterior renderings. The plans need to be detailed, accurate and customized so it is unique to my particular needs. I would like a freelancer who is experienced in drafting and measuring, with an eye for detail and a flair for creating beautiful spaces. I'm looking for someone who can think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions to maximize the potential of my property. The freelancer should also have experience in exterior design as this project includes creating renderings of the exterior. If you have experience in house planning, design, construction and architecture, please contact me so I can discuss this project further.
