House plan concept

I need a concept design for a house on a small allotment $600-800K 2 levels plus garden roof with pool. 4 Bedrooms, study, living, formal dining, kitchen, butlers pantry, powder room and of course laundry, bathroom. Masterbedroom with ensuite and walk-in-robe. At least 1 other bedroom with walk-in-robe. 2 car lockup garage. I would like to get the job done in revit but autocad is ok as well.

I would like floor plans, elevations and at least 1 3d render. Block size is 312m2 10m frontage. Design Brief sent to successful bidder
