House design and plans need an architect

Need someone to 1. Develop the building footprint and establish house finished floor elevations and overall size. 2. Work with me to design the house in the style and aesthetic I have in mind. 3. Put together an overall floor plan and house layout. Attached is the property engineering document but the project will have a different layout.
